BALTIMORE - Saša's Milenković, founder of Pest Czar, Baltimore, Md., has launched ServiceBoost, a software platform with cutting-edge tools customized for pest management professionals.
At the helm of this innovative venture is Milenković, who left war-torn Former Yugoslavia to become a true pest control industry success story. His career took root at J.C. Ehrlich (Rentokil Ehrlich) in Towson, Md., where he honed his skills and immersed himself in the intricacies of the industry. For five years, Milenković dedicated himself to pest control, laying a solid foundation of knowledge and experience.
In 2013, Milenković launched Pest Czar, which has grew year over year thanks in large to Milenković’s focus on digital strategies, branding, and customer engagement. Pest Czar was recognized as a PCT Rising Stars company in 2019 and Milenković was selected to participate in NPMA’s Executive Leadership Program (ELP). He transferred ownership of Pest Czar to Erika Milenković in 2021 and launched an exterior cleaning company in Venice, Fla., that he subsequently sold in 2023.
