Modern Pest Services Acquires All-Star Pest Services

BRUNSWICK, Maine — Modern Pest Services welcomes All-Start Pest Services as the newest member of the Anticimex family.  

All-Start Pest Services was founded in 2004 and is a commercial provider of pest control services in Boston, Ma and the surrounding metro community.

Co-owner of All-Star Pest Services Kristopher Romero commented about the announcement, “Modern is an excellent fit for our customers. We both have similar commercial programs and our servicing territories perfectly overlap.”

Scott Stevenson, president of Modern added, “The Greater Boston area offers a huge opportunity for Modern. All-Star was the perfect addition because of their customer density right in the city. Many of their customers are iconic to city residents and we are proud to have the opportunity service them.” 

All-Star customers will be integrated in Modern’s Boston branch.
