BRUNSWICK, Maine - Modern Pest Services, an Anticimex company, announced its newest partner in New England with the acquisition of EcoChoice Termite and Pest Control, Manchester, Conn.
Since 2010, this family-owned and operated pest control company has provided residential and commercial services in Manchester and surrounding area. The company's service professionals have a combined 60 years of experience.

This is Modern’s 13th acquisition in New England since joining Anticimex in 2017.
The Aust Group represented EcoChoice Termite & Pest Control as the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction.
