Paramount was founded in 1993 and is well known as a premier providers of commercial pest control services in the Boston metro region.
“With the acquisition of Paramount we strengthen our market position and increase our presence in and around Boston,” said Modern Pest Services President Scott Stevenson. “This is an important step in our strategy to expand in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island.”
