BRUNSWICK, Maine — Modern Pest Services, an Anticimex company, announced the acquisition of PestRx of Northford, Conn.
PestRx was founded in 2004 and is a provider of residential and commercial pest control services in Connecticut.

PestRx will continue to operate from their service center located in Northford, Conn.
