BRUNSWICK, Maine — Modern Pest Services is expanding again in Connecticut. Today, Modern announced the acquisition of Urban Pest Control of Hamden, Conn.
Urban Pest Control was founded over 50 years ago and is a well-known provider of commercial pest control services in Connecticut. This is the latest strategic acquisition by Modern Pest Services to expand commercial services in the state of Connecticut.
Scott Stevenson, president of Modern, commented, “Urban Pest Control presented an excellent opportunity for us to grow our commercial services in a critical market. We are thrilled to be expanding in the state of Connecticut, and we hope to continue that growth in both residential and commercial services before the end of 2018.” Urban Pest Control operations will be moved to Modern’s New Haven branch.
