Modern Gives Presentation at Culinary Arts School

PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Modern Pest Services was invited recently to give an in-depth presentation on sanitation and pest identificaiton to first year culinary Arts students at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, R.I.

Chef Elaine Cwynar, M. Ed., viewed a Modern Pest Services presentation on IPM (Integrated Pest Management) performed by Modern Pest Services at a seminar for New England Health Inspectors, and invited Modern to address the students in her Sanitation classes.

The students were presented with a Powerpoint presentation featuring real-life photos of serious pest management problems in food facilities, and given direction as to how to conduct a pest management inspection of their own food facilities, as well as how to recognize a good pest management professional/company.
