Modern Pest Services Acquires Envirocare Pest Control

WATERTOWN, Conn. – Modern Pest Services, an Anticimex Company, has acquired Envirocare Pest Control. The acquisition was announced by The Aust Group, which represented Envirocare. 

Founded in 1998 by David Bisaillon, Envirocare is a full-service pest and termite control business serving residential and commercial clients throughout western Connecticut. Based in Watertown, Conn., the company has a team of over 20 service professionals. Envirocare is QualityPro accredited and is an active member of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) and Connecticut Pest Control Association (CTPCA). The Envirocare team now joins Modern Pest Services.

The Aust Group represented Envirocare Pest Control LLC as the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction. The transaction closed on Oct. 5, 2025, and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
