WOBURN, Mass. — Modern Pest Services of Woburn, Mass., announced the promotion of Roland J. McDonald to service manager. In this role, McDonald will lead the HomeCare (residential) program and also be responsible for supervising both HomeCare and Universal Service Professionals.
An employee of Modern Pest Services since 2005, McDonald was an ECOCARE Commercial Service Professional prior to the promotion.
Along with providing excellent service to Modern’s growing residential client base and assuring accuracy and efficacy of work, this position will provide support to the team’s service professionals by overseeing day-to-day operations, productivity, and quality assurance, and acting as a liaison between the service professionals and general manager.
McDonald has lived in Woburn with his family for more than 20 years. He has three kids and two grandchildren.
