Morris wins a trio of books: “Selling the Invisible”; “First, Break All the Rules”; and “The Group of 33”. These were all recommended resources from the Biz IQ, a special supplement that ran in October PCT sponsored by Dow AgroSciences.
Morris began his tenure in the pest control industry in 1997, after learning about the profession from his brother. He’s come to enjoy the technical aspect of the job, which in his area involves a lot of service requests for ants, spiders and rodents. “I like having the ability to go out ad make someone happy by either ‘preventing’ or ‘correcting’ a problem,” he says.
Morris also has enjoyed working with the Hydrex team. “I firmly believe I will be allowed to ‘make a difference’ here,” he said.
