Price has worked in the pest management industry for more than 27 years and has been an Associate Certified Entomologist for over 15 years. During his career, he has consulted and written pest and vector management plans for the U.S. Capitol complex, military installations, universities, and food processing, distribution, and pharmaceutical facilities after acquiring his licensing in Public Health more than 22 years ago.
“I am honored to take on this new role and continue driving Mosquito Joe’s commitment to innovative and environmentally responsible pest control solutions,” said Price. “As we expand our MoJo Home Pest Defense and rodent control services, my focus remains on providing effective, science-backed solutions that allow families to enjoy their homes and outdoor spaces without the nuisance of pests.”
Price completed entomological studies with Purdue University and studied microbial disease, pests of medical importance and good manufacturing practices for food processing with the American Institute of Baking.
He has served as an executive on the Board of Directors of the Central Virginia Pest Management Association (CVPMA) for nine years. Also, as a committee member for the development of the Virginia Pest Management Association (VPMA) Leadership Enrichment Action Program (LEAP) program and, recently, the education committee.
