KATY, Texas - MosquitoMax has introduced a dual-valve mosquito misting system that gives pest management professionals several options to offer their customers: spray an organic repellent, spray insecticide, or spray both in a one-two punch depending on daylight, conditions and property use. One common scenario is spraying a ‘green’ repellent during daylight when beneficial insects are out, then spraying an insecticide at night to kill mosquitoes quickly and efficiently. Another is spraying the eco-friendly repellent to control the majority, reserving the option to spray insecticide when mosquito populations increase.
MosquitoMax (www.mosquitomax.com) owner Jeff White states, “This is the only system on the market with the ability to spray two products. We’re a hands-on company, always looking to add more value. Ever since we developed the original system in 2005 from the ground up, customer feedback caused us to be proactive about upgrades. Consumers wanted a choice other than the popular - though not 100% ‘green’ - pyrethrin-based products and now they have it.”
MosquitoMax has been a leader in mosquito repellent system technology since 2003, and developed the industry’s first high-pressure, mix-on-demand tankless mosquito misting system in 2005. This invention gave consumers an option to the ugly, space-consuming, wasteful drums of pre-mixed chemical that were originally designed to keep flies away from livestock.
The twin-valve system was developed in 2007 and the first production run went to local Houston properties in 2008.
