The Maryland State Pest Control Association will be hosting the The Business Building Blocks & Connections, Sept. 10, from 9 a.m. - 2:30 at:
Mission Center Baltimore-Washington Conference of the UMC
11711 East Market Place, Suite 1
Fulton, MD 20759
The event will feature three business-building sessions on sales, customer service, and employee engagement. Anyone involved in the operations of a pest management business should attend this event! Owners, managers, salespeople, and customer service reps won’t want to miss this training. The event will also focus on building connections among speakers, vendors, and other attendees. Education is a collaborative experience, so MSPCA has built opportunities for social connections into the agenda to provide an opportunity to share and learn from each other. We will have a meet and greet over coffee and donuts in the morning and will close out the day with a luncheon. In just a few short hours you and your staff will be equipped to return to the office with a fresh perspective on how to build your business! MSPCA has kept the cost for this inaugural event low - just $35/person for PMPs. Follow the link provided and click the PMP Registration Button. Vendors are also welcome to attend - follow the link and click the special vendor registration button for details. Contact MSPCA at info@marylandpest.org with additional questions.
