BEDFORD, Texas — When Danny Myers moved his pest control company (Myers Pest & Termite Services) to their new headquarters in Bedford, Texas, earlier this year, one of his business strategies was to expand and grow through acquisitions. That strategy has been put into action with several acquisitions of smaller pest control companies, including the recent acquisition of Ron Mchan, the Bug Man, located in Dallas/Fort Worth.
Myers’ strategy with acquisitions is to add trained, knowledgeable managers, sales staff and technicians to the Myers team to meet growing residential and commercial demand for services in north Texas.
“This was the perfect solution for me. I was ready to let go of the ownership responsibilities of my business and knew that my customers were going to a well-established, successful and caring business,” said Mchan.
Mchan’s expertise and experience were a good fit for Myers Pest & Termite Services. “We feel that Ron’s customers are a welcome asset and that Ron’s sales talent is an added value,” Myers said.
