WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Native Pest Management has been recognized by the University of Florida’s Gator100, earning a place on the list for the fourth consecutive year. The company ranked No. 24 in 2025, following previous top-25 rankings of No. 18 in both 2022 and 2023, and No. 20 in 2024.
The Gator100 honors the 100 fastest-growing businesses led by UF alumni. To be eligible, companies must be in business for at least five years, be owned or led by a University of Florida graduate, earn annual revenues of $250,000 or more and reflect the university’s values and mission.
“Being named to the Gator100 for four years in a row—and remaining in the top 25 each time—is a tremendous honor,” said Luke Lewis, founder and president of Native Pest Management and a UF alum. “This recognition reflects the exceptional dedication of our team and our commitment to delivering safe, eco-friendly pest control services across Florida. We’re proud to continue growing while representing the Gator Nation.”
The 2025 Gator100 awards ceremony, held this April at the University of Florida campus in Gainesville, celebrated companies from a diverse array of industries, with the majority of honorees headquartered in Florida.
Native Pest Management continues to expand its footprint across the state. The company attributes its continued success to innovation, a strong customer-first culture and its roots in the values instilled at the University of Florida, the company said.
