TALLAHASEE, Fla. - Native Pest Management has promoted Zachary Smith, Peter Perticone and Ian Wright to management positions.
Smith has been promoted to outside sales manager and will lead the outside sales team. He started at Native Pest Management as a route technician in 2019. In 2020, Smith was promoted to outside sales representative, and achieved his goal of more than $1 million in sales in 2022.
At the Tallahassee branch, Wright was promoted to inside sales manager. With a year of experience at Native Pest Management as an inside sales representative and with previous experience as a data analyst, Wright will be instrumental to Native Pest Management’s continued rapid growth throughout Florida, the company said.
Perticone was promoted from service manager to branch manager. He started his career in 2021 as a route technician, and in his new position he will oversee operations at Native Pest Management’s largest branch in West Palm Beach.
Perticone said, “Being in this industry for 10 plus years, Native Pest Management is the only company that was willing to invest in me and wants to see me grow.
