TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — On April 29, Native Pest Management exhibited at the Kidsfest event at Cascades Park. This year, over 45 businesses were involved in the event and thousands of people attended.

KidsFest is an annual festival presented by Kids Incorporated, a United Way member agency that provides Early Head Start learning services to families at five locations in Jefferson, Leon, and Madison Counties in North Florida. The festival began in 2022 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Kids Incorporated.

“We loved hanging out with the kids and we were so happy to see that they enjoyed making the crafts. It was also so good to see so many other local businesses in such a great community event. We’re excited to return to Kidsfest next year,” said Shauna Crissey, internal operations manager at Native Pest Management.

Native Pest's booth included arts and crafts from PestWorld For Kids, which included mouse & ladybug headbands. The booth also had a raffle with a $300 value gift basket.

Seven volunteers worked at the booth, all employees at Native Pest Management. They helped with setup and breakdown, managing the arts and crafts during the event and engaging with the community.

Kidsfest was a great opportunity for the company to showcase their commitment to safe and environmentally friendly pest control practices.
