The product provides a residual effect when mixed into oil and latex based paints and stains and can repel insects for several years when encapsulated in a coating, according to the manufacturer.
Outlast NBS 30 can be used on decks, patio areas, carports and other exterior areas. The patented formulation discourages crawling and nesting insects such as: Wasps, spiders, mud daubers, ants, mosquitoes and carpenter bees.
