RALEIGH, N.C. – The North Carolina Pest Management Association (NCPMA) announced that David Billingsley of the Billingsly Group will serve as the keynote speaker of the 76th Pest Control Technician’s (PCT) School, which will be held Jan. 26-29 at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Conference Center in Durham, N.C.
Drawing on his two decades of experience coaching pest management industry leaders, Billingsly will discuss how to develop leaders within organizations.
“We are thrilled to welcome David Billingsly to the 2026 PCT School to help kick off the event," said Patrick Thompson, NCPMA PCT chair and secretary/treasurer. "David’s experience and knowledge in coaching pest management firms will be invaluable to our attendees and will help set the tone for the amazing lineup of sessions and speakers that are scheduled for this year’s event."
Billingsly is the president and founder of the Billingsly Group, a coaching and consulting firm for the service industry that was founded in 2022. With more than 35 years of experience in the service industry, including 20 years in the pest industry, he is focused on coaching and consulting services for both small and large service-based businesses. He works with senior leaders and leadership teams to assess and address their strategic business decision making and leadership challenges.
The PCT School offers four days of pest management continuing education, hands-on training courses and more featuring nationally known speakers.
