BOSTON - Ned's Home, formerly Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning, a home services platform backed by private equity group Cobepa, has acquired Boston-based Ultra Safe Pest Management.
This transaction is the latest of several key pest control acquisitions by Ned's Home, including A1 Exterminators, Lynn, Mass., and Go Green Lawn and Pest Control, Westchester, Pa.
Ned’s Home offers homeowners and commercial property managers a suite of services, including gutter services, pest control and lawn treatment service.
Vic Palermo, founder of Ultra Safe Pest Management, now serves as an executive on Ned’s Homes’ mergers and acquisitions team and a shareholder of the Ned’s Home Platform. Palermo told PCT, “The offer to join Ned’s proven management team, and to help integrate growth strategies and present lucrative opportunities to friends and colleagues, was too good to pass up.”
Ultra Safe Pest Management and A1 Exterminators have been providing pest control services to homes and businesses in Massachusetts for over a combined 100 years.
