WACO, Texas – Neighborly recently announced the immediate appointment of Brian Best as the company’s senior vice president, digital, a new position on Neighborly’s executive marketing team.
In his new role, Best will report directly to Neighborly Chief Marketing Officer Lisa Zoellner and will be responsible for overseeing the digital strategy and roadmap for Neighborly. Best will use his expertise in digital and marketing technology to lead the digital transformation that is currently underway at Neighborly.
“A seamless connection to consumers leveraging technology is critically important for Neighborly’s continued success,” said Zoellner. “Under Brian’s leadership, we look forward to increasing our efforts to connect more consumers to our trusted network of home service brands.”
Previously, Best served Tropical Smoothie Café, as the franchisor’s vice president of digital marketing and marketing technology. During his tenure there, Best led the company’s implementation of enterprise omnichannel digital marketing strategies focused on driving incremental online and offline revenue, enhancing brand awareness, increasing customer frequency and driving customer engagement.
Prior to joining the Tropical Smoothie, team in 2018, Best gained more than 20 years of professional experience working in various roles related to marketing technology and digital strategy with organizations including P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Inc., Arizona State University, Boyd Gaming Corporation, Caesars Entertainment Corporation, Golden Entertainment and The Wellbridge Company.
