New Changes to Syngenta Professional Pest Management’s Technical Team

Dr. Bob Cartwright has accepted the position of PPM technical manager, while Dr. Deanna Branscome has joined the team as a technical representative providing support for states in the East.

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Syngenta Professional Pest Management (PPM) technical team has given additional responsibilities to one team member and added a new technical representative to the team. Dr. Bob Cartwright has accepted the position of PPM technical manager, while Dr. Deanna Branscome has joined the team as a technical representative providing support for states in the East.

In his new role, Cartwright will assume leadership of the PPM technical team for field support and will retain technical support responsibility for the Central U.S. states. Cartwright, who has been with Syngenta and its legacy companies for 11 years, holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in entomology from Oklahoma State University and a doctorate in entomology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Dr. Branscome has worked with Syngenta as a research and development scientist at its Vero Beach Research Center. Branscome holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Saint Leo University and a master’s and doctorate in urban entomology from the University of Florida.

Rounding out the Syngenta PPM technical team are Dr. ElRay Roper and Dr. Mark Zajac. Roper remains in his position as senior technical representative with technical support responsibility for the Western states. Zajac remains in his current position as PPM development and project manager.
