New Image Enhances WDI FX8 Pest Management Software

CARMEL, Ind. — New Image Software announced the introduction of two new options for its recently released WDI FX 8 Pest Management System: WDI FX Connect™ and QuickBooks® plug-in.

"Imagine being able to click a button to send schedules to Tablet PC® equipped field users rather than handing them stacks of service tickets," New Image President Richard Jordan said. "When the inspection or service call is completed, signed service records can be returned to the office in minutes, with another click."

Jordan explained that eliminating that drive back to the office saves valuable time and expense, even making an extra service stop a day feasible. According to Jordan all that is needed to use the feature is an Internet connection and a WDI FX Connect subscription.

At PestWorld, New Image introduced its WDI FX QuickBooks Link plug-in. This plug-In allows users to synchronize WDI FX 8 Contacts, Invoices, Service Tickets and Work Orders with QuickBooks, completely eliminating the need for duplicate data entry.
