New Image Software Introduces WDI FX 8.0 Software Program

CARMEL, Ind. - New Image Software released WDI FX 8.0, its latest pest control software program, which allows PCOs to go paperless. WDI FX 8.0 allows PCOs to dispatch electronically to field technicians, capture customer signatures (Tablet PC® required) plus e-mail completed service tickets, inspection reports and graphs to clients.

Richard Jordan, New Image President, reports that many inspectors can save enough in printing, labor and fuel costs to more than pay for the software in just a few months. He adds, “Sending out electronic reports complete with signature and logo also enhances an inspector’s professional image. You can still print if you like, but all you need is plain paper if you do.”

WDI FX 8.0 includes Inspections, Billing, Routing (complete with Yahoo Maps®), Bait Station Tracking, Renewals, Contact Management, Bids, Photo Manager, Word Processing, and more. The company will also offer a link to QuickBooks with an optional plug-in.

New Image designed its new version 8.0 to be flexible and easy to use. “Because the features are contained in modules, the software can be upgraded by a simple activation code, as the business grows,” Jordan says. This eliminates the need for re-installation as new modules are activated.
