WAYNE, N.J. — Wayne, N.J.-based Mrs. Bzzz Pest & Termite Solutions purchased Abbed Pest Control of Totowa, N.J., in May of this year.
Prior to the acquisition, Abbed was in existence for 70 years and owned by David Dodd. The deal was brokered by Brian Devera, husband of Benette Devera, owner of Mrs. Bzzz.
Serving the New Jersey pest control industry for more than 20 years, Mrs. Bzzz provides residential and commercial services to 10 counties from Northern New Jersey to Ocean City, N.J. Prior to owning Mrs. Bzzz, Devera owned Shamrock Pest Management in Middletown, N.Y. and Team Shamrock in Naples, Fla.
