ALBANY — On Tuesday, representatives of the three New York state structural pest control associations met with Judith Enck, the state’s recently appointed deputy secretary for the environment.
The purpose of the meeting was to introduce the pest control industry in a positive professional light and as partners in maintaining the quality of life for all New Yorkers through practices such as Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
Attending the meeting for pest management were Gil Bloom, Jim Langford (LIPCA), Craig Thomas (NYSPMA) and Ed Trilhe (PPCA of NYC) as well as Legislative Counsel Peter O’Connel.
