ATLANTA – Northwest Exterminating has acquired Carolina Pest Management, based in North Carolina, welcoming them into the Northwest and Rollins family of brands. The two joining forces further expands Northwest’s Southeast footprint, growing within North Carolina to better support customers. Carolina Pest has been serving the greater North Carolina community for over 80 years, with a focus on green, customer-focused service.
Carolina Pest Management has been owned and operated by the Dodd family since its founding in 1939. Growing to support the greater Charlotte, N.C. area, Carolina’s two locations are known for their incredible team and for delivering quality service every time. The acquisition of Carolina Pest Management will mark three North Carolina locations for Northwest Exterminating, including Sawyer Exterminating in Burlington, N.C.
“To continue to have the opportunity to grow with such extraordinary people who care is something we’ll always be grateful for,” said Stanford Phillips, Northwest Exterminating Co-President and Rollins Division Vice President. “Carolina Pest has built a culture of service and care, something our Northwest Family also strives for daily. We’re thankful the Carolina Pest Management team and Dodd Family trusts Northwest as their partner in growth, and we are looking forward to the opportunities for all moving forward.”
The Dodd family will continue to manage Carolina Pest Management. “Finding a company that understood our team was family and cared about our culture and customers as much as we do was important to us. Joining Northwest feels like extending our family,” said Kristin and Sarah Dodd, Carolina Pest Co-Owners and Managers. “We’re grateful to have a partner in growth for our team, customers, and community, and we’re excited about the opportunities for all moving forward!”
