STOCKBRIDGE, Ga. – Northwest Exterminating announced the acquisition of D&G Exterminating, welcoming the local team and customers into the Northwest Family of Brands (Northwest is part of Rollins).
D&G Exterminating owner, Bobby Jacobs Sr., looks to retire from the pest control industry. D&G Exterminating is a third-generation family business and has been serving the Hamilton, Ga., and surrounding area since 1958.
While Northwest currently supports the D&G service area, the partnership between the two teams further expands Northwest’s footprint in Georgia and allows the team to better serve the customers and communities with innovative, effective service, the company said.
“We are grateful to the D&G team for their trust in Northwest as their partner in growth,” said Stephen Phillips, Northwest Exterminating co-president. “We are excited to welcome in this great team, and we look forward to continuing to deliver the service standard our customers deserve together!”
D&G Exterminating customers will begin to be serviced by Northwest Exterminating in 2024. The team looks forward to further growing in the Atlanta and middle Georgia area to better serve the local customers and communities.
