LAGRANGE, Ga. — Northwest Exterminating announced the acquisition of Flag Pest Control Services in LaGrange, Ga.
“We’re excited to welcome Flag Pest Services into our Northwest Exterminating Family,” said Steve Phillips, President of Northwest Exterminating. “This is a wonderful opportunity for everyone involved, especially our customers who will continue to receive extraordinary service.”
Northwest Exterminating, a family owned company with 24 service centers across the southeast, acquired Flag Pest Control last week, a locally owned company in LaGrange.
The eight Flag Pest Services employees will join Northwest’s growing team of more than 500 team members serving customers across the metro Atlanta area and Savannah, Georgia, Alabama, Nashville, and Chattanooga, Tennessee.
“Northwest Exterminating is a family owned and operated company founded in Northwest Atlanta in 1951. Our family values and dedication to service make this partnership a perfect fit and will allow us to continually provide the service you expect and deserve,” said Michael Parker, owner of Flag Pest Services.
Our new team members will serve customers out of Northwest Exterminating’s office in LaGrange, and continue to create extraordinary experiences for Flag Pest Services customers while helping to move the company forward.
Along with this acquisition, over the past year, Northwest has also added new service centers in Peachtree Corners and Tucker, Georgia, as the company continues to move forward and grow across the southeast. We look forward to serving our new customers and welcoming our new team members!
