Northwest Exterminating Acquires Gilstrap Exterminating

DAWNSONVILLE, Ga. – Northwest Exterminating acquired Gilstrap Exterminating. Gilstrap serves residents and businesses throughout north Georgia and metro-Atlanta, allowing Northwest to further grow its presence in the acquired footprint.

Founded in 2015 by Melanie and Jamie Gilstrap, the company expanded quickly due to the pair focusing on top notch service, quality relationships and community involvement, Northwest said.

Melanie and Jamie will both hold positions within Northwest Exterminating focused on development and business efficiency moving forward. The Gilstrap team will continue to serve customers from the Dawsonville office.
