ATLANTA – Northwest Exterminating announced they have acquired and are welcoming Target Pest Control into the Northwest and Rollins Family of Brands. The acquisition of Target Pest Control, which serves the Birmingham, Ala., area, further supports Northwest’s growth efforts across the Southeast.
With offices in Cullman, Birmingham, and Jasper, Alabama, the Target team provides commercial and residential pest control services. While Northwest already supports the Birmingham area, the Target Pest Control acquisition will further expand the footprint to support more of Alabama’s community and customers, the company reports..
Target has been led by Keith Chandler since 1998. Chandler will continue to support Target as a consultant with his wealth of industry knowledge, Southeast relationships, and heart for the Target team.
“While the decision to merge is never easy, the Northwest team is the perfect fit to honor the Target family – our customers and team – for years to come,” said Chandler. “Growing Target with my family has been a true blessing, and I’m excited to witness the growth opportunities ahead for the team and the additional support our customers will receive.”
Stanford Phillips, Rollins Division Vice President and Northwest Exterminating Co-President, added, “Keith’s commitment to creating a family-like culture that cares about the customer is inspiring. It’s something that Northwest aims for daily. We could not be more excited to welcome the extraordinary Target team into the Northwest Family.”
