The Dexter government is mulling a provincewide ban on pesticides for residential, public and commercial lawns.
Environment Minister Sterling Belliveau said Thursday that the province will seek input from the public over the next two months on forbidding the use and sale of non-essential chemicals for cosmetic purposes.
Belliveau said he wants to hear about everybody's concerns before introducing any restrictions on pesticides.
