FAIRFAX, Va. – The National Pest Management Association has announced the next five individuals selected for their Leader Launch program. First announced at PestWorld 2022, Leader Launch is designed to deepen the bench of NPMA’s potential association officers and leaders.
The program is an 18-month deep dive that trains a select group of individuals in order to develop an ongoing pipeline of diverse, qualified leaders for NPMA’s future.
Announced during the Opening Ceremony at PestWorld 2024 in Denver, the Leader Launch Class of 2025 participants includes:· Courtney Carace, COO, Pest-End, East Hampstead, N.H.
· Shay Runion, Chief HR Officer, Senior Vice President of Professional Development, Arrow Exterminators, Atlanta, Ga.
· AJ Treleven, Director of Operations, Sprague Pest Solutions, Tacoma, Wash.
· Elizabeth Abell, Strategic Initiatives Manager, Abell Pest Control, Toronto, ON, Canada
· Greg Schmidt, Owner, Pest Solutions, Thornburg, Va.
