“We’re pleased to recognize this next group of NPMA PRO Certified professionals,” said Dominique Stumpf, CAE, CEO of NPMA. “This credential underscores our industry’s commitment to professional development and sets a national standard for excellence in pest management.”
The NPMA PRO Certified credential, launched in January 2025, is administered by the Foundation for Professional Pest Management and endorsed by NPMA. It validates professional expertise across key areas including safety protocols, regulatory compliance, customer service and effective treatment methods.
The newest recipients of NPMA PRO Certified include:
· Vic Hainline (South Carolina)
· Dwight Boehmer (South Dakota)
· Greg Mayer (Missouri)
· Reid Brossard (Texas)
· Lucas Carnohan (North Carolina)

To earn the NPMA PRO Certified credential, candidates must have at least one year of experience working for a pest management company and pass a rigorous examination that evaluates both technical knowledge and practical skills. The certification is open to qualified individuals regardless of NPMA membership status.
“This credential helps raise the bar across the industry and gives professionals a way to showcase their knowledge, dedication, and credibility,” added Stumpf. “We congratulate these individuals on this outstanding achievement.”
