FAIRFAX, Va. – The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) announced the release of NPMA’s Virtual North Carolina DA&CS Registered Technician School. Completion of this course, developed in partnership with NCDA&CS, satisfies all state requirements for new employees performing structural pest control services in North Carolina, NPMA said.
Through NPMA’s new Virtual NCDA&CS RT School, new employees can complete North Carolina’s RT Card requirements faster and more efficiently, the association said.
Each registration into NPMA’s Virtual NC RT School includes one copy of the NCDA&CS RT Workbook along with enrollment in NPMA’s interactive online training course and final exam. Completion of this online course, the workbook and 24 hours of on-the-job training will satisfy the prerequisites required by NCDA&CS to obtain a Registered Technician card in the state of North Carolina for each phase of structural pest control being performed.
The program is now available to pest management professionals and can be accessed through NPMA's training platform at https://www.npmapestworld.org/ncschool. For questions about this new training course, contact training@pestworld.org. Questions regarding North Carolina licensing should be directed to NCDA&CS.
