The pledge represents the culmination of NPMA's sustainability initiative, which provides members with data-driven tools showing the financial impact of sustainable operations. Industry models demonstrate potential annual savings exceeding $633,000 through optimized routing efficiency and more than $1.5 million from reduced re-service needs, according to NPMA.
NPMA's Sustainability Scorecard and implementation models, available exclusively to members, aims to help companies identify opportunities and track progress toward sustainability goals, NPMA said.
