BOSTON - The National Pest Management Association is looking for more volunteers for a support effort for the Boys & Girls Club of Boston to take place on Oct. 16 before PestWorld 2012 kicks off.
Prior to PestWorld, volunteers will gather at the Sheraton Boston at noon, Oct. 16 and would arrive back by 5 p.m. Details are in the process of being finalized. Work may include maintenance projects, such as cleaning, painting and yardwork, and educating children on bugs, as well as assistance with arts and crafts. Lunch and transportation will be provided.
Anyone interested in volunteering should contact Dominique Stumpf, vice president of conventions and professional development with NPMA at dstumpf@pestworld.org.
