CLEVELAND - A 78-year-old Cleveland man is in critical condition with West Nile virus, one of the latest to be infected in what local health officials say is an increase in the virus’ activity in Greater Cleveland.
The number of human cases in Cuyahoga County jumped to four this past week, health officials said.
Health officials are finding more pools of mosquitoes testing positive for the virus.
