Optigard Ant Gel Bait Granted New York Registration

Now pest management professionals in New York can experience the control of thiamethoxam, a non-repellant chemistry that controls a broad spectrum of ants by ingestion and transfer of the bait, targeting the entire colony, not just the workers.

The new gel formulation is clear and non-staining, with low odor. Additionally, Optigard Ant Gel Bait provides a longer window of palatability, so as it ages, ants will continue to feed on the bait without any loss of attraction for a period of at least two weeks.

Optigard Ant Gel Bait is currently approved in all U.S. states with the exception of California.
