EUGENE, Ore. - Nancy Boerema, commercial sales manager, Eden Advanced Pest Technologies, Eugene, Ore., is the winner of the October PCT Sweepstakes. Boerema wins a software package from AvailSuite.
Boerema entered the online contest and her name was drawn randomly from a pool of entries.
A 24-year veteran of the pest control industry, Boerema’s background also includes time spent as a termite technician and owner of her own pest control company, Pest Arrest Inc., Lincoln City, Ore. She has been with Eden for seven months and enjoys the variety her job provides.
“Insects fascinate me. I am constantly learning new things about them,” she says. “I like this industry because it is challenging. You never know what you are going to run up against. Everyday is a learning experience.”
