FORT WORTH, Texas — Orkin acquired Your Pest Control Company, a fast-growing pest control company in the DFW area. The acquisition was announced by The Potomac Company, which represented Your Pest Control. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Your Pest Control, founded in 1997 by David and Dorene Norris, has become one of the fastest-growing commercial pest control companies in the DFW metro area.
The entire YPCC team has joined Orkin, including shareholder Dorene Norris, who is focusing on what she likes to do best, managing and selling commercial accounts.
Paul Giannamore and Ericka Andes of The Potomac Company acted as exclusive financial advisors to the company, along with attorney Michael Stanczyk, who has worked closely with Potomac for many years.
