ATLANTA — For another year, Orkin is partnering with the Red Cross in its 2025 "Mosquitoes Don't Deserve a Drop" campaign to donate blood to those in need.
The first blood drive took place in Atlanta, Ga., on May 20, where 38 units of blood were donated to the Red Cross from Orkin employees and community members.
Since 2020, Orkin has donated over $870,000 to the American Red Cross. This year, the company is on track to surpass $1 million in total contributions.
Every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood, yet only about 3 percent of eligible Americans donate each year, according to Orkin's fundraising website. Schedule your blood drive appointment through Orkin's BloodLink page.
