Originally categorized as a restricted-use pesticide with limited distribution, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) recently changed the designation of OvoControl P to unrestricted or "general-use." This means the product can be used at pigeon-impacted facilities all over New York.
OvoControl is now registered for use in all states with the notable exception of New Hampshire. With the change in the New York classification, the use designation in all states where OvoControl is registered is "general-use."
