Native Pest Management and All U Need Pest Control made the 2023 Inc. 5000, an annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
All U Need Pest Control Inc. ranked No. 1074, and Native Pest ranked No. 1438.
All U Need Pest Control was founded in southwest Florida in 2003. Since the change in ownership in the last quarter of 2017, the company has opened 8 offices, created jobs for over 100 employees and expanded their fleet from three to 85 vehicles.
The company has doubled in revenue each year since 2017 and is on track to do the same in 2023. They attribute their success in a large part to their employees who value and reflect the same principles.

All U Need Pest Control has plans to continue to expand their headquarters in the Fort Myers, Florida area. The company will continue to open up offices throughout Florida, Texas, and additional states.
Native Pest Management has grown 402 percent in the last three years. Together, companies on the Inc. 5000 List added more than 1,186,006 jobs over the past year.
Locally, Native Pest Management was a Platinum winner for FLCAJ’s 2023 Readers’ Choice Award and was No. 18 on the University of Florida’s 2023 Gator100 list of the fastest growing UF alumni-owned businesses in the world. They have also been named a 2023 Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite.
