EVANSVILLE, Ind. - Pass Pest Control announced the acquisition of T&G Pest Control, Evansville, Ind.
T&G was led by owner Ryan Fleming, who previously worked alongside Pass Pest Control President and CEO Keith Smith as a sales representative at Terminix, and later as region sales manager with Action Pest Control.
Similar to Pass Pest Control, T&G is primarily a residential (85 percent) service provider. T&G differs from Pass Pest Control in that it offers wildlife control and real estate inspections, although Smith said Pass Pest Control will continue to offer these services.
Fleming will stay on with Pass Pest Control as vice president of sales.
“Pass Pest is excited to bring Ryan and his team on board with us," Smith said. "It really feels like we are getting the band back together. Kevin [Pass] and I have worked with Ryan for many years. He is a very skilled growth leader and we look forward to him managing our sales performance going forward."
