SAN ANTONIO, Texas — Bill Patterson, technical manager, Worldwide Pest Control, San Antonio, Texas, won the game “Hive” which was reviewed in October PCT.
"Hive" is a new “board” game in which participants try to capture their opponent’s queen bee by completely surrounding it with the other insect-themed game pieces.
Patterson has been involved in the pest control industry for 30 years, beginning with a stint working as assistant supervisor for urban wildlife damage control, state of Texas. He then worked for supplier B&G Chemical and Equipment Company for 20-plus years, before arriving at Worldwide Pest Control eight years ago.
Patterson’s responsibilities include serving as staff entomologist, overseeing chemical purchasing and troubleshooting, and all issues related to training.
