PCOC Announces Keynote Speaker and HR Panel for Best Pest Expo in Tahoe

SACRAMENTO, Calif.  – The Pest Control Operators of California (PCOC) announced the keynote speaker and two panelists for Best Pest Expo 2024, taking place June 19 to 21 at the Harvey Lake Tahoe Hotel & Casino, Stateline, Nev., focusing on the critical topics of sales, marketing and human resources in the pest management industry.

Steve Good, a strategic sales and marketing executive with extensive experience in leading sales teams and growing market share, will deliver the keynote address. With a background in sales leadership, business development and brand positioning, Good will provide valuable insights into the future of PMPs, manufacturers, and distributors in the pest management industry. Good's presentation will offer attendees a brief look at the present category climate and provide focused perspectives on what the short and mid-term future holds for professionals in the pest management industry. 

Nancy Troyano, director of operations education and training at Rentokil-Terminix, and Tammy Comproni, owner of California HR Connection, will delve into best practices for hiring, training and retaining talent in the pest control industry, offering actionable strategies for success.
