KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Pest Control Supplies (PCS), a leading provider of pest control equipment and supplies headquartered in Kansas City, Mo., announced leadership changes within the company. Will Shively has been promoted to vice president of PCS, and Ben Marselus to operations manager.

Shively joined PCS in 2002, and has worked in the pest management industry since 1988. During his time with PCS, Shively has focused on new business development and building strong customer relationships. In his new role, Shively will be responsible for topline revenue growth, new market development and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Marselus started his career with the company in 2007 in warehouse operations. He has also served in sales, fulfillment and shipping roles. In his new position, he will oversee the customer fulfillment process and shipping team. He will also be responsible for managing the daily operations for PCS, including purchasing, inventory, inside sales and accounting.
