DALLAS — HomeTeam Pest Defense announced this week it had acquired Collin Services. in the Dallas area. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“We were attracted to Collin Services because of their long-tenured customer base and builder channel business,” said Bob Wanzer, CEO and president of HomeTeam Pest Defense.
“We continue to seek small, well run companies that fit into our corporate culture. Acquisitions, such as this one, allow us to expand in geographic locations where we want to increase our market penetration. Dallas/Fort Worth is one of those areas,” Wanzer added.
HomeTeam Pest Defense offers pest and termite control services with traditional treatment methods and with advanced products such as the innovative Taexx built-in pest control system. The company has more than 50 branch locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Mid-Central, Southwest and Western states. HomeTeam is a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlanta-based Rollins Inc.
