LODI, CALIF. — Clark Pest Control, #6 on PCT’s Top 100 list of largest pest control companies in North America, recently acquired independent pest control companies in Reno and San Diego, expanding its customer base in both markets.
High Desert Pest Control in Reno was purchased Dec. 1 from its founders Mike and Kim Rife. It adds commercial orchard pest control services to Clark’s general pest control operations. Clark retained all of High Desert’s workers, including the previous owners.
Clark also acquired Smart Pest Control, San Diego, Calif., on Jan. 7.
